Marissa's style is upbeat and makes eating healthy so much fun you won't even feel like you are dieting. I earmarked so many of her recipes, I cannot wait to try them all. Even those who don't need to lose weight, can benefit from eating healthier. It is amazing how much fat you can trim off a meal and still make it taste incredible.
