I wanted to read this book because Dr. Preuss wrote it and he is on the scientific board at Advocare and I have been using product for 1 1/2 years.I am hoping that what I am learning from Dr. Preuss' book will help me to continue to loose weight.I have found the book entertaining as well as informative.It is fun to laugh at the things Dr. P wrote.Thanks for a good read.
