Been journalling my food intake for weeks now in a small notebook. I actually found this book while browsing my local barnes n noble. I paid $15 for it and see it is so much more useful than a plain notebook. It not only gives you journal logs for 26 weeks, but a listing of basic food nutrition info and other charts and weight loss tips. I don't usually spend $15
on a book, but already see that it is well worth the cost. Love it!
