The recipes in this book are great!There was not one recipe that we did not like.My husband, who hates to each fish, now eats it at least 3 to 4 times a week.He's lost 10 pounds and feels great.There is a two week beginner diet plan and then the maintenance plan which a lot of the other books did not have.I recommend this diet and most specifically this book to EVERYONE who wants a good healthy diet.
