I bought this book after two of my coworkers went on this diet and both lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks. I've been following the program for a little over a week and have lost 7 lbs already! The best part about it is I FEEL healthier and more energetic. This is not so much a diet as a new lifestyle. I was crazy addicted to a lot of unhealthy things but this book ahowed me how to have things I love but in a healthier way. I've never felt deprived as the plan allows (in fact, encourages) eating all through the day. I am finally losing the pounds that run-of-the-mill deit and excercise couldn't budge after years of effort. I Couldn't be happier!
