This Doc gets it.I was fortunate enough to read this book upon release and found it to be quite useful.This is a no BS, down to earth, straight talk book that simply tells me what I want to know and that is how to lose a little weight.I finished the book feeling like I can make the necessary changes and am in control of my weight and health.That's a good thing.
