The 2001 Multi-Diet : Taming the Food Beast (Paperback) Review

The 2001 Multi-Diet : Taming the Food BeastPeople who just want to open a book and plod through some recipes, and then "rinse, lather, & repeat" the process are not going to like this book. But then they're going to be fat for a long time, because real weightloss takes real understanding. I liked this book because it's written forintelligent people who want a way to understand their relationship withfood so that they can adapt it to their lifestyle and manage it instead ofbeing managed by it. After I read this book and figured out how to adapt itto my own (very unorthodox) lifestyle I lost 45 pounds in a straight linewith no plateaus. And If I can do it in my situation, anybody can do it!There aren't very many recipes, maybe there should be more, but this guyshows you what nutrients you must get from food and how to get enough ofthem from different foods and supplements to prevent hunger even whenyou're dieting. Once you've learned that, losing weight is simple andthere's no way you can ever be fat again!
