Be Your Perfect Weight Looking Good & Feeling Great [Audiobook] (Audio CD) Review

I bought "The Secret" from Amazon and am very pleased with that.I enjoyed Dr. Proctor a lot on that so I thought I would give this a try to lose weight.

Dr. Proctor barely speaks on this audio CD.I was not very inspired.

This CD is mostly Michele singing the same song over and over again.Perhaps one is supposed to be dancing during this whole thing--I guess that would work to lose weight.But then we all know that that is one of the things we are supposed to do. Fat people aren't dumb--they're just fat.

I actually fell asleep because the one song is so monotonous.Perhaps it's suppose to work sublimally while asleep.

I don't understand why anyone would give this 5 stars.I would love to talk to them and ask them if they lost weight and why they gave this product 5 stars.

I'm sending this back.
