She was in the final stages of getting her book published, and I've been counting down the days until it was up for purchase.Her book is based on a program she has ran for years in our area, and not only does she give you a practical approach to eating healthy, but she backs it up with solid research and a huge dose of motivation! Thank you, Tammy for going through all of the effort in putting this in print for all of us to enjoy!

(And just for anyone who may wonder, my comment is completely unbiased.I am not a personal friend of hers, but a stranger whom she took time to answer many of my questions. In addition, Tammy emailed me several articles and information from her program just to get me started.She is a very kindhearted, intelligent, and went the extra mile to help me out 'just because' that is the type of person she is.)
