Body Confident : A Guided Journal for Losing Weight and Feeling Great [Hardcover]I highly recommend this book.I've had a lifetime of "working on my weight" and I'd started to lose the "battle" recently.I bought "Body Confident" and it has been like a cherished and wise friend.I love the daily checking in and the quotations and Ms. Moran has wonderful suggestions for writing that can be done should one wish to.

While I have been slowly and steadily losing the weight, I've been gaining much insight into my relationship with eating.This is a very powerful, helpful, non-judgmental and inspirational book.Thank you, Ms. Moran!
