I just love this book. It is so easy to use. Each week is has 2 pages so when you open it up both pages facing you have the days of the week. Nice spots to just jot down the information needed to keep me on track for the day. It is so great that it isn't dated. I can skip a week if I need to and just continue right on. The note pages in the back portion of the book are just right to keep any other notes that I need to. The last portion has common food counts which is very handy to just keep a quick tally of how I am doing through out the day.
The size is just right to fit into my purse. The only thing I would do is have some way to flip to the right week. For now a sticky note will do just fine.
All in all a great book to help on the journey to keep the weight off.
