As a young student, these are issues I had to deal with myself, and I found in the process that it was impossible for me to lose weight before I came to an understanding about how the body actually worked. Taking this as a starting point, I began to investigate this further and document my experiences and findings, eventually resulting in this book, which I hope that others will find equally useful.
