Fat Boxing, A Guide to Weight Loss (Paperback) Review

Fat Boxing, A Guide to Weight LossI really enjoyed this book. It has humor, insight, and in my opinion, would very helpful to anyone wanting to lose weight. There are no gimmicks or false promises, just plain common sense. She doesn`t say that her plan will work for everyone, but she gives you the tools to find what will work. I like the way she uses her imagination in coming up with creative ideas to help keep her motivated and focused. I highly recommend this book to everyone, even those who don`t need to lose weight. Not only is it an enjoyable read, it could help you deal with other aspects of your life.
