I have been a follower of Stuart McRobert and his books on weight training and fitness for years now. His "underground" appeal and almost cult-like following of fitness enthusiasts gives him the traction necessary to blow the lid off what is the "great sham" of the modern fitness industry. I got an advanced copy of Weight-Loss Salvation and I was at first curious about his teaming up with Bradley Cailor, a virtual unknown in the health and weight-loss industry as Stuart usually prefers to fly solo.
