The layout is easy to read and can be used as a future reference if someone finds themself needing a 'refresher' in certain areas.I will recommend Making Weight Control Second Nature/Living Thin Naturally to clients, friends and family.This book will help many to identify bad habits and take control of their eating to make healthier changes.It is something I knew I needed to do, but sometimes, even for dietitians, we need motivation and inspiration.
