I love this book.From planning, shopping, recipes and following-through advice, this book gives the reader several information to aide them. I felt like she answered a lot of questions a dieter may have in relation to a step by step guide to a healthy way of eating.
I like that she incorporated cartoons and pictures to help the reader visualize the "round" experience.It made it so fun to go through the book.
There is so much more about this diet than just loosing weight.It's easy, innovative, and it will keep you healthy.
