Lose Those Last 10 Pounds: The 28-Day Foolproof Plan to a Healthy BodyThis book is excellent.Easy to read, easy to follow, easy to enjoy.Even though I'm an extremely picky eater, I was able to lose 17 lbs., and my goal was 15.Denise is right, once you train yourself to do something, it's hard to go back.My stomach used to be able to hold an entire bowl of pasta from my favorite restaurant, but now I can only eat about 1/3 (all I really need antway!).Everyone should have this book.
