Life is Mental: Think Thin to Live Thin Goals JournalKelly's goals journal is the first journal to ever teach me how to effectively create both short and long term goals and use the journal to keep me motivated to acheiving these goals.Her instructions at the beginning are easy to follow and great ideas.Setting goals is only the beginning.You have to actually do things to achieve the goals and this is where this goals journal becomes important.I bought this book as the companion to Kelly's books with the same title.I have applied these journaling techniques for her Think Thin training as well as all of my other life goals.I highly recommend this goals journal alone and in conjunction with her book.
