If I Really Wanted to Lose Weight, I WouldI picked up a copy of this book in the airport bookstore with skepticism, expecting it to be yet another fad diet.I was pleasantly surprised to find it filled with practical tips on how to make lifestyle changes that will help you lose weight.I have lost 55 pounds so far.I am not attributing all of my success to this book, but I can tell you that I have incorporated many of the ideas into my life.If you are looking for a "quick fix", you will be disappointed.If you earnestly want to lose weight the slow, healthy, and natural way, you will find it very useful.It is a small book and each page has 1 or 2 tips on things you can do to lose weight.
