Common Sense Weight Loss [Perfect Paperback]While a very short book, only 78 pages, the information Gibson provided inspired me to take action and begin an exercise program. In the first 2 weeks, I exercised 10 out of 14 days and I'm now down over 2 pounds. (2 lbs was my first 2 week goal.)

The way Gibson presents his weight loss strategies is, well, common sense. He uses great examples of physical and mental exercises that are very easy to understand and more importantly, implement.

Overall, I would highly recommend this book to anyone that is looking to lose either a little weight or a lot. It could be just what is needed to put "fuel in the fire" and get going like it did for me.
