5 Things to Know for Successful and Lasting Weight Loss [Paperback]The book is more than just a weight loss book!I found it was a great motivation to help cope with other issues I was facing. Very insightful, easy reading and I can relate to many of the authors circumstances. The recipes are an added bonus.I wish it had more information about calories, carbs and such but the author did say that she wasn't a dietitian. This is a book I will keep on my shelf. Any time I doubt myself and my ability to do something I will quickly reread it's pages to reaffirm my ability to succeed.Including losing weight AND keeping it off.
