The receipes in this cookbook are good ... but they duplicate the recipe section in his book, Dr. Arkins' New Diet Revolution.I was surprised notto see new recipes, and disappointed to see that he had re-vamped some ofthe recipes (from the book) to require we buy HIS products, as ingredients.
