Slim Forever - The French Way (Paperback) Review

Slim Forever - The French WayI've gotten other Montignac books, like The French Diet, and it's really nice to get some more recipes in this newest book. He seems to alter his presentation of the diet with each new book. Now the phases of the diet have different names. But the actual plan seems to be the same, so anyone that has picked up the The French Diet will be familiar with what's in here.

Mostly I got this book for the recipes to use with Somersizing. I think most of the ones in here will be Level 2 for Somersizers, but they are pretty tasty looking! I can't wait until I get to make use of them!

The only thing that would be better would be if Montignac would collect all of his recipes from all of his books and put out just a cookbook.

Whether or not you intentionally eat low-carb, these recipes are great!

Winning After Losing: Keep Off the Weight You've Lost--Forever [Bargain Price]Anyone who dismisses this book as superficial you-can-do-it-if-you-try stuff isn't willing to do the work to keep off the weight. Come on, Stacey lost over 350 pounds and is keeping it off -- she doesn't do it by simply thinking positive.She tells us how she does do it, and if it works for her, as addicted as she was, it ought to work for anyone willing to do the work. Personally, I found her book very inspiring, and it's given me concrete methods that have been easier for me to latch on to than methods I've seen in any other book. I urge anyone who may be killing herself with food to try this book. It may be your best chance at saving your life. (And by the way, I didn't see a single spelling or grammatical error in the entire book, and I'm a professional editor.)
