How to be Thin: An Instruction Manual for Getting Rid of Fat and Keeping It Off ForeverThis book has a lot of useful and practical information, and maybe even a few moments of wisdom. It has the potential to be a useful tool for someone who wants to get and remain thin. The 12 points to follow are good, reasonable advice. I can see why it has gotten some flak for being harsh in a couple places. I was tempted to subtract a star for this, but since there's a warning in the description, I figured I could let this slide. This is a self-help book for people looking more for a Larry Wingett style of advice than the empathy of Richard Simmons. The book does do a much better job of describing how to lose weight than Skinny Bitch ..... AND without all the foul language. Very worthwhile reading.
