Fat to Firm at Any Age [Illustrated]I've tried and failed at many diets as most people have.This book trulytaught me how to eat well by the author's unique structure of the book. The various chapters give you affirmations, testimonials, quotes, research,exercises, even recipes.Many times I felt I had read similar informationin previous sections of the book and I had!I think that is important. Repetition is the best learning tool.The more you read it, the better youretain it.
By the time I finished reading this book, I was no longerscared about dieting.I began using the information I had learned,occasionally returning to the book to confirm something I was unsure of. Ihave even tried several of the recipes which proved to be very tasty!Nextthing I knew, I was no longer ON A DIET ... I had changed my lifestylecompletely.
That's mainly what I want to say about this book. It changesyour life, which is what we ALL need to become healthy eaters.A healthyeater is a healthy person.The weight loss is just the natural benefitthat comes with it.
By the way, I lost 20 lbs. in 6 months.My exerciseprogram consists of walking 1.5 miles and doing 100 stomach crunches a day.
