Love Your Body [Paperback]This book was absolutely inspired! I loved every page of it. I have read so many books on this subject and I found this one to be the most helpful of all of them. It was clear and simple and easy to understand. I especially enjoyed the exercises at the end of each chapter, it helped to make the principles more real and it gave me a chance to practice the skills. I would recommend this book to everybody not just those struggling with eating issues or body image.
