Weight Lost Forever: The 5 Second Guide To Permanent Weight LossAt first, I was skeptical about buying another weight-loss book because they are so hard to read and the advice they give usually doesn't work too well.But, I saw Dr. Chang interviewed and decided to give this book a chance.I am so glad that I did.The book was actually a fun reading experience (that's a first!), with not only a weight-loss program, but ways to stop smoking, decrease your blood pressure, and other health guidelines.After several months, I have lost almost 25 pounds, and I know that I can keep it off (which other programs don't focus on).I even got a book for my girlfriend, who is using the program too.I would definitely recommend this book if you want to lose weight and keep it off.
