I am currently leading an adult disussion group during Sunday school at my church.I had the class get both the book and the workbook.We have found that the real 'meat' of the work is done in this workbook.It asks you to think about questions that can really bring you to an understanding about yourself and why you do the things you do.I am very pleased with where this workbook is leading my group and the fellowship we are developing.
