Earl Mindell's Diet BibleI loved this book, it was not your typical weight loss book.This was not about restricting calories, not eating and did not require starvation to lose weight.Just about how to eat healthy and to lose weight sensibly. The products recommended in the book have helped me to not even want to eat.I now crave less sugar and starches and actually crave healthy food. I recommend this book all the time.Thanks for another great book Dr. Mindell
