The Day Dream Diet [Paperback]This really works!I highly recommend this book. I lost weight a while back by basically watching my calories and exercising more.Unfortunately, I fell into my old eating habits and gained it all back.I than discovered this book.I am now watching my calories and exercising as I had before.... but I am also using the visualiztion techniques in this book and using the Uddiyana that she teaches in this book.HOLY COW!The weight is dropping off twice as fast as it did the first time.It is unbelievable.I cannot reccommend this book highly enough.Another great visualization tool that I learned from a "Huna" book.: picture yourself at your present weight with your present weight in numbers below the image.Now in your mind put a big X through that image in your mind.NOW picture yourself at the weight you want to be with the number (of your desired weight) underneath the image in your mind.Make that picture glow in your mind.Now paste the number that you would like to weigh around your house.I use lipstick on my mirrors... whatever strikes your fancy.This is very helpful in guiding you subconscious mind in helping you release those pounds.I also recommned, "You can have what you want" by the same author.She is wonderful!
