I came upon this book by accident. I had just lost lots of weight doing the Atkins diet, which I do not recommend as your cholesterol will shoot sky high! The author lives near me ( I don't know him) so I thought I would look at the book. I ended up buying it for its simplicity and clear focus. It certainly is practical, entertaining and easy to follow. The suggestions on eating, exercise and meditation are clear ideas that anyone can follow. i was amazed to find that I actually have been doing much that is in the book. This book is a great coffee table book that you will pick up and utilize. I gave my copy to a friend who needed it, so I guess I will have to go to the store and get another one or purchase one here on amazon. Thanks Dave for a nice book.
