I initially bought "Change One for Diabetes" and thought it was such an excellent book that I decided to have a look at this version for my daughter who is non-diabetic.These books are such a novel approach and one that leads to lasting change.The premise is in the title - Change One thing at a time and don't move onto any other changes until you have managed to make that change a new habit.These books are full of straightforward, easy to accomplish ideas that just strike you as eminently "doable."Don't be put off by the fact that they are issued by the Reader's Digest Group - I had those same "Reader's Digest???" thoughts at first, too.This is one of the best non-diet diet books I've seen.And it works, too!
