The Diet of Daniel: a 10 day diet to blessed health, weight loss, and fitnessI was disappointed. I thought it would represent an authentic picture of the Diet of Daniel. I did not like the fact that the author lost weight by the Atkins diet which is an unsafe diet. It did not go with the theme of the book. There were some good references to Dr Weil's guide to Optimal Health. I would not recommend this book.
