I have read it from cover to cover many times and it has helped me tremendously in my weight loss. I have lost 32 pounds. I have love the fact that it is basic common sense, no tricks or magic potions. Your information wasn't a repeat of many diet programs that tell me only what to eat and when -- this book gave me emotional support and suggestions for eating in difficults situations, as at parties and when feeling lonely. Sure I learned what to eat and when, but this book instilled in me a way to gain control of my eating and myself.I realized that I like to eat as a thin person and the weight has stayed off.
