Easy Diet Journal: The Fastest Way to Lose Weight--Works with All Diet ProgramsI have used several of Alex Lluch's diet journals and they keep getting better. This is simular to past versions but with some new updates. There are 26 weeks worth of pages. The days are prefilled with the day of the week and sections for calories, fat and carbs to track.

Love:
(1) Calender: a blank 6 month calender towards the begining of the food journal. I like to write on their trips when I am away from home, where I know I won't be as exact in tracking. Or I do have some smiley face stickers to put on the date, if I had a good food/exercise day
(2) Good size. Smaller than other versions. 4 inches wide and 7 inches long. Small enough to carry in a purse.

Could use improvement:
(1) Leave blank what you what to track. If I had to choose 3 items to track, I would track calories, protien and fiber (over fat and carbs)
(2) Would like a place for a monthly wrap up on how measurments/clothing size has changed.
