I love the simple language the author uses when he explains how to get in shape and loose weight. The book made me re-think how I feel about hunger and I found the eating plan was very easy to follow without having to change too much too fast. The walking exercise was very easy to follow and I began to see results in the first week. Finally, an exercise book for normal people!
