  1. Useful read describing how to lose weight without diets or willpower. It's okie but I am not agree that all the problems take place in our mind- after changing the thought it is also not possible to loss the weight. For loosing your weight you must have to plan your diet and exercise chart and you must to follow it. It would be very helpful in loosing weight.
