Eat This Not That 2010: The No-Diet Weight Loss SolutionI was looking for something that could help me watch what I ate. I was amazed at the girth of material contained herein. And the accompanying photos really add to the whole process. The book is easy to read and, if you are looking to save calories--and maybe a little money, too--it's a nobrainer. What I liked was that it was the latest edition and that meant it was most up to date. I'm also going to look into the restaurant guide, too, as that is coming out soon. I think this author really has his finger on the pulse of American eating. This is one not to be missed. Another good one, Goodbye, Fatty! Hello, Skinny! How I Lost Weight And Still Ate The Foods I Loved-Without Dieting.
