This has alot of good information!It focuses on Ayurveda, and the principles of the ancient lifestyle.It seems very holistic...but perhaps not super realistic for those of us that work long hours away from home.I like the vibe of the whole thing, slowing down, becoming more aware, working from an angle of balance and prevention-rather than addressing the illness
